One of my employees was killed in a motor vehicle accident over the weekend. I am terribly shocked and sad. It is hard to be a comforting shoulder for the team who needs you to be strong and provide guidance when you want to mourn yourself. He was such a friendly, capable and pleasant person. May his soul rest in peace.
