I tend to focus on the TO DO LIST and and all the outstanding items on the list. But what about celebrating success?
My team was recommended today for having the best "Visual Performance Managament" boards for the whole plant - excellent achievement. And just recently our Organisational Effectiveness score came out - ours was one of few departments whose score went up - the rest went down. Again - excellent achievement.
That made me realise - we need a "bragging" board. That said - I will start it today!
